1. Who this applies to

This notice applies to users who have been given access to a GRAVY instance by their organisation or station. Your organisation is typically the data controller for listener data and playlists; GRAVY acts as the automation platform.

2. What data we process

When you sign in, we process:

• Your login identifier (such as email address)
• Authentication data needed to verify your identity
• Basic technical information such as IP address and user agent (for security logging)

3. Cookies we use

GRAVY uses the following types of cookies:

• Essential session cookie – used to keep you signed in and secure the application. This is required for the service to work.
• "Remember me" cookie – optional cookie that lets you stay signed in on this device when you tick "Remember me" on the login form.
• Analytics cookies (optional) – when enabled and with your consent, these help us understand how GRAVY is used (for example, which pages are used most) so we can improve stability and usability.

Essential cookies do not require consent, but analytics cookies are only used when you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner.

4. Cookie choices

Your cookie choice is stored in a cookie named gravy_cookie_consent with one of the values:

• accepted – you have allowed analytics cookies.
• rejected – you have declined analytics cookies.

You can clear or change this choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings. The next time you visit the login page you will be asked again.

5. Data retention

Authentication and security-related logs are retained for as long as necessary to investigate issues, meet audit requirements, and protect the system from abuse, in line with your organisation’s policies.
